After a safe and successful camp season last year, the GSACPC Camp team is thrilled to invite girls back for another year packed with more of what you love: STEM, equine, climbing, and zip lining! This year, our council is offering troop, day, overnight, and leadership camp options!

The Bob and Renee Parsons Leadership Center for Girls and Women at Camp
South Mountain 
Nestled in the foothills of South Mountain, this state-of-the-art urban
camp facility is the perfect desert oasis. Our property features a pool,
archery range, climbing tower, zipline, STEM lab, instructional kitchen,
arts and crafts room, and music room. All cabins and buildings are
air-conditioned and ADA-accessible, with toilets and showers in each
cabin. Counselors share a separate, nearby cabin.
Camp Maripai
Camp Maripai has a long history of offering campers a traditional camp
experience alongside equestrian experiences. Campers can also engage in
STEM programs, arts and crafts, archery, hatchets, and much more!
Sleeping areas are rustic; with four out of five units having
electricity. Each unit has running water, flushing toilets, and showers.
Counselors share a separate, nearby cabin in each unit.
Shadow Rim Ranch
From climbing and canoeing to ziplining and archery, Shadow Rim Ranch
offers exciting opportunities for all campers, including creek walks,
hikes, arts and crafts, outdoor skills, outdoor cooking, and so much
more! Epic adventures await our older campers who participate in our
Trip and Travel programs. Located under the Mogollon Rim, Shadow Rim
Ranch is a rustic property in which three out of four cabin units have
no electricity. Two units have flushing toilets, two units have pit
toilets, and all four units have running water and showers. Counselors
share a separate, nearby cabin in each unit. The zipline is only
available for Girl Scouts in grades 4 and up.
Willow Springs Program Center
At Willow Springs, artistic talents blossom, and comfort zones are
stretched! Willow Springs boasts a wide array of artistic pursuits, from
arts and crafts to ceramics and fiber arts, alongside singing, dancing,
and acting. Campers participating in the challenge course can test their
skills on the low (grade 4+) and high (grade 6+) courses. All campers
will be able to participate in arts and crafts, archery, slingshots,
outdoor cooking, and more! Living conditions are modern, with
electricity in cabins and flushing toilets and showers in each unit.
Counselors share a separate, nearby cabin in each unit.
2025 Summer Camp Schedule Overview
Session Types
We share your desire to find the best camp experiences possible, so we offer a rich progression of sessions, including day camp, multiple overnight camp options, leadership camps, and weekend camps. Girl Scout camp has something for every level of readiness! Learn more about the camp sessions offered at each camp property below:
Day Camp
- 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Spend your days at camp swimming, shooting arrows at archery, creating arts & crafts, playing games, singing songs, and more! Campers who attend a hybrid-day camp will spend 5 days and 1 overnight at camp.
- Program Fee | $350 (excludes Discover Aviation program)
- Discover Aviation 1 and 2 Program Fee | $500
Overnight Camp
- 4 days / 3 nights
- This is a great stepping stone for girls who have conquered day camp, are ready to try overnight camp, and want to sample all that camp has to offer!
- Program Fee | $450
- 6 days / 5 nights
- This session is for girls who are comfortable spending time away from home and want to sample all the special programs and activities at camp.
- Program Fee | $600 (Willow Springs and Shadow Rim Ranch)
- Program Fee | $650 (Includes all Camp Maripai programs and Trip and Travel programs)
- 13 days / 12 nights
- This two-week session is for campers who feel comfortable spending time away from home for a prolonged period and are excited about spending multiple weeks at camp. Campers will get to experience all that camp has to offer!
- Program Fee | $1,200 (Girl Scout Cadettes)
- Program Fee | $1,400 (Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors – Trip and Travel)
Leadership Camps
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) 1
- 13 days / 12 nights
- This leadership program is the first step in becoming a counselor. Spend two weeks at camp, experiencing all the fun camp activities while developing your skills in leadership, teamwork, child development, and more!
- Entering 10th grade or higher
- Fee | $700
Travelling Counselor-in-Training (CIT) 2
- Session 1 = 20 days / 19 nights
- Session 2 = 17 days / 16 nights
- The second step in our leadership program builds upon CIT 1 experience and skills. CITs will spend a week at each northern camp, starting at Willow Springs, then Shadow Rim, and ending at Camp Maripai.
- PREREQUISITE: CIT 1, must be entering 11th grade or higher
- Fee | $750
Apprenticeship Program
- This is the final step in the leadership progression prior to becoming a staff member at summer camp. Apprentices will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of all aspects of summer camp.
- Apprentices must complete an application and interview. Applications are opened on December 1 and will be reviewed beginning in March until all slots are filled.
- This program lasts the entire duration of the camp each apprentice is placed at.
- Willow Springs: 4 weeks
- Shadow Rim: 5 weeks
- Maripai: 7 weeks
- This program is free of charge and includes bus transportation to/from camp each week. Weekends at camp may be available based on camp placement.
Weekend Camps
Troop Camp 3 days / 2 nights
- This is an opportunity for Girl Scouts to experience camp with their troop or trusted adults. Troops can experience specific activities based on the individual camp programs, including arts & crafts, hiking, slingshot, archery, team building, and so much more! Troops live in a cabin with their fellow troop members. Troop Leaders and registered parents/caregivers must register. Adults are required to attend for supervision. Please follow girl/adult ratios. Each troop must bring a certified adult in CPR/First Aid and Troop Camp Certification 1 (TCC1). Camp staff will lead program activities.
- Fee | $150
Family and Friends Camp 3 days / 2 nights
- This opportunity allows girls' families and friends to attend camp alongside their camper. It is a great chance to experience camp as a group and for campers who may not be ready to experience camp alone yet. All family and friends attending must register. Activities are for participants in 2nd grade and above; however, younger family members are welcome to attend as long as they stay with a designated adult.
- Fee | $150
Native American Gathering 3 days / 2 nights
- Gather and meet with fellow Native American Girl Scout troops, make new friends, build your courage, and get creative! This is a great stepping stone for Girl Scouts new to camp or for experienced campers who would like to share the experience alongside their own community, including their troop and trusted adults. Native American cultural activities will be delivered by community partners from across our jurisdiction, sharing Girl Scout traditions such as songs, skits, s'mores, and so much more!

Summer Camp Prices
Our pricing model reflects our commitment to providing a safe and fun camping experience at an affordable and equitable price. When creating our pricing model, we looked at several factors, including the number of days/nights, the activities involved in each session, meals, staffing, and more.
Campership
Any girl who lives within GSACPC’s jurisdiction is eligible to apply for financial support to attend any Girl Scout Summer Camp.
