Shadow Rim Ranch

Shadow Rim Ranch is a 40-acre camp situated at an elevation of 5,600 feet in the shadow of the Mogollon Rim in the Tonto National Forest. The ranch has open meadows surrounded by pine and some deciduous trees. There are several apple trees with edible fruit in early fall, and blackberries are found in abundance throughout the ranch during the summer months. Chase Creek flows year-round and supplies water to two ponds. Supervised canoeing is allowed in one of the ponds. The wildlife in the area includes deer, elk, coyote, fox, wild turkey, snakes, birds, and other small animals. The ranch is surrounded by federal forestry land providing easy access to forestry trails. Ranch facilities include multi-use buildings, a ramada, and four cabins units.

All buildings have electricity and water, except as noted. Heat is provided in buildings that are open for the winter season unless otherwise noted.
