Advancement Officer – Leadership Campaign

Assist in the creation and implementation of strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward individuals and corporations/foundation for gifts in access of annual fund thresh-hold. This position will manage a portfolio and serve as the liaison strategist for the coordination of donors to make a major gift. This individual will also be responsible for working with the development team to integrate volunteers in the solicitation and cultivation process. He/she will participate in the research, prospect screening process and utilize the donor database (The Raiser’s Edge) to manage and retain records of contacts with donors and board members. These responsibilities will be focused mainly on the Capital Campaign. FLSA Status: Regular, full-time, exempt.

Camp Ranger – Willow Springs Program Center, Prescott

Assist with custodial, maintenance and logistical services for assigned camp properties. Provide primary support to the assigned site Camp Manager with maintenance of land, buildings, utilities, and equipment. Provide assistance with onsite security for all campsite events/activities (Girl Scout or otherwise). Camp Ranger will be available when the assigned Camp Manager is not on duty (in the absence of the assigned camp manager, position reports to the Facilities Resources Manager). Regular, full time, nonexempt.

Content Specialist

The Content Specialist will be a dynamic, self-starter focused on engaging audiences today, while also keeping an eye on what might be hot tomorrow. Ultimately, efforts will drive GSACPC goals—growing membership, growing donations, and growing community partnerships. FLSA Status: Regular full-time, exempt

Essential Functions/Skills

  • Graphic Design: Proficient knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. From fliers to social media channels, can tell a story through visuals.
  • Online Community Management: Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and how they can best be utilized. A warm, upbeat personality that's also professional under pressure. A skilled conversational writer who can express the Girl Scout personality and also be kind, firm, and level-headed.
  • Strategy: Connect the various aspects of the organization and dimensionalize content to be purposed across all relevant mediums. Measure, evaluate and adjust to maximize effectiveness of content. EOE.
