Content Specialist

The Content Specialist will be a dynamic, self-starter focused on engaging audiences today, while also keeping an eye on what might be hot tomorrow. Ultimately, efforts will drive GSACPC goals—growing membership, growing donations, and growing community partnerships. FLSA Status: Regular full-time, exempt

Essential Functions/Skills

  • Graphic Design: Proficient knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. From fliers to social media channels, can tell a story through visuals.
  • Online Community Management: Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and how they can best be utilized. A warm, upbeat personality that's also professional under pressure. A skilled conversational writer who can express the Girl Scout personality and also be kind, firm, and level-headed.
  • Strategy: Connect the various aspects of the organization and dimensionalize content to be purposed across all relevant mediums. Measure, evaluate and adjust to maximize effectiveness of content. EOE.

Retail Specialist

Primary responsibilities include providing quality customer service while accurately processing orders and maintaining inventory at the council shop. Partner with Volunteer Learning staff in order to provide resources that support the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. FLSA Status: Regular, part-time, non-exempt

To provide broad and independent support and assistance to the Senior Associate for Campaign in carrying out the work and meeting goals of the Organizational Advancement Response Team. Program Delivery Specialist I - Social Justice

Supervises and guides interns to ensure successful delivery of Girl Scout program to a variety of girls and age levels at multiple sites. Successful delivery ensures Girl Scout program, health and safety standards are met. Works directly with program participants (girls), ensuring their active involvement in program planning and participation. Actively promotes and supports Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine’s mission and goals through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. FLSA Status: Temporary, part-time, non-exempt
